Customer Success Associate
We are a rapidly growing SaaS business looking for a Customer Success Associate to work in collaboration with our Customer Success and Sales teams to drive revenue and supply incredible value to customers.
A successful Associate will have the opportunity to be promoted to Customer Success Manager in 6-12 months.
- Become a thought leader and expert in Employee Advocacy programs and GaggleAMP's platform.
- Work with new and existing customers to launch, maintain, and grow successful programs.
- Assist with large enterprise implementations involving thousands of users.
- Hold virtual training sessions and product demos.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on customer feedback.
- Respond to customer support inquiries and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Be accountable for renewal rate and upgrade amounts in assigned territory of customers.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Technically savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cross functional communication
- Quick learner
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Experience using CRM
